Raccoons control in la and oc is always difficult. Raccoons always use attic crawl spaces, wall soffits, and sub floors under bath tubs to make there dens while having baby raccoons. Raccoons poop and use these spaces as there personal raccoon latrine. Baby raccoons often have to be removed by hand, or cut out, sometimes using eviction liquid works well as well. Raccoon eviction liquid is a pheromone taken from the male raccoon we use it to make the mother raccoon think there is a male in the attic with her. She instantly freaks out in fear of her young's well being and takes them to another location.  In some occasions our trapper is able to use chloroform to sedate the wild raccoons, he can then remove the raccoon and her docile babies on the spot.

We had a booth set up with lots of free gifts, info on our company with the services we provide in the city of Newport Beach. We have been proudly serving the community of Newport beach for several years. Most of our jobs consist of humane animal trapping and removal, dead animal removal, raccoons with babies in attics is our specialty, or just a pesky animal digging up your lawn or property- we trap those too. Raccoons are known to find little nooks and crannies in your attic to have there babies. If you notice in this picture there is a little babies face poking out to the left of the mother.  We took this picture last February. Its a good idea to get a professional out to you home for a complete perimeter inspection before these little critters move in.
